9.01 Brownface 6G12 Concert + optical comp after the cab block

Little blues with the latest fw 9.01. Using the Fender Brownface 6G12 Concert from Fremen's 5 Scenes Preset Pack. Added the Optical 2 Comp in "Line" after the cab block to make it realy smooth. Sound and feel is awesome.

This is a recommended use that FAS and other power users suggested when Optical comp was added to the FW.

It reproduces the studio trick of running the captured guitar signal through a compressor to fatten it.

The LA-2A, CL1B, et. al. are high-end studio compressors that use optical circuits.

After the amp gives you that "instant hit record" sound.

Thank you - the optical comps are used in studios to polish the sound when used in "Line" after the cab block. And Leon Todd @2112 said the other day the same thing about the optical comps, so I gave it a try and with the new SPKR Comp which smoothes the sound nicely and the optical comp gives it a realy nice tone, which I did not aspect, as I thought it might be to much comp but iot works great. For recording so far but I want to try it next week at gig level. I wonder if it works loud aswell.

Yes they both do something simulare but still different and work well together.
