From the release notes:
Any presets created with earlier firmware versions will have the Presence Frequency parameter reset to 1.0.
All of my preset's (user and factory - at least the few factory presets I checked) "Y" amp's Presence Frequency parameters were not reset after loading 8.00. Only the "X" amps were at 1.000, but the "Y" amps were still at their (presumably) old defaults (USA IIc+ Norm was at 0.400, USA Lead 1 was at 0.576, etc....). All of my presets are saved with the "X" amps as the default, so the reverse might be true ("X" amps not resetting to 1.000) if a given preset has the "Y" amp as the default.
