I just ordered a Matrix GT800FX from Tone Merchants and should hopefully get it in a week or two to pair with my Axe II. Now I need to find a cab preferably a stereo 212 cab, though I might do 2 1x12s. In searching the interwebs I found this DV Mark 212 cab that only weighs 23 lbs.

The weight definitely caught my attention, but I'm wondering if the guys that know cabs as far as ohms and watts can tell me if the specs of this cab will be sufficient enough with the matrix. From the demos I've heard online the speakers sound good, granted its youtube, but my fbt 12mas have B&C neodymium mag speakers and I dig their sound.
Anyway thanks for any opinions, insight, or recommendations.
