2.05 - So should i align all my cabs now?

While exploring the new cab block I had a good time playing with the room/air updates...and love the new align feature. I pulled up a few presets with multiple cabs, and some were already aligned but some were a bit whack...and I could hear the diff in bring them into closer alignment.

I imagine it would be recommended to go through and fix the alignment for any existing presets that use multiple cab IRs?

Sometimes a lack of alignment is a good thing. I'll sometimes skew one cab a bit to roll off the highs. Sometimes I won't.

The Phase alignment graph is fun. Myself I’m loving how the tone just rings out when you line things up. A lot easier than just using the ears

Thanks. Figured it was more of a play by ear thing, similar to real mics on a cab.

Yes, it's analogous to moving the mic in and out.

This is a really great tip ; I really like the 57/121 combo slightly skewed with the 121 around - 9dB to take any fizz from the 57.
