I loaded 16.02 over 16.01.
After Utility -> Preset -> Update Amps All Presets I get no sound from the presets?
A blank preset or one from scratch no problems.
I'm getting the input meters but no output from existing presets.
I did a Utility -> Reset too. And I checked all the blocks in the presets, so far no weird settings I can find.
