You'd be better informed if you read the Fractal Audio Blocks Guide:

Aside from Amp and Drive blocks, most don't have specific models of other devices.

I believe there's a few forum discussions on CE-1 and I seem to recall it was best emulated with a Flanger and not a Chorus.

But its not a flanger, its a chorus. Completely different effect. So if one wishes to model a chorus, then im pretty sure they would model a chorus.
