A lot of nostalgia. it has been many many years since I listened to this. Now I realize that it must be part of my DNA

Very good, but with many Japanese, or Asian acts for that matter I feel its technically perfect, but it is somewhat lacking in emotion. I still prefer the version of the Pink Tones in their Roman amphitheater. Angela Cervantez vocal performance there was perfection. And the Pink Tones guitarist is an Axe user and a member.



I wish both bands had done the full album version though, instead of the shortened live version. Which Pink Floyd ironically shortened live because they didn't always have access to choirs and brass sections. And which both bands did feature. Also ironically its delicious ironic that both bands have done stellar performances of a song (and album) that Pink Floyd themselves came to detest, as scraping the bottom of their creative barrel. But I reckon its a nice treat to get this song live, as most PF tribute bands seem to focus on the DSOTM and beyond era, not the wickedly cool experimental era that came before it.

Can't agree. Looks spot on to me. Have seen PF live and they weren't exactly VH like stage performers either.
