FM3 “Helpless” John Mayer //Room Mic IR and Tri Chorus

Dialed this tone in using a room mic IR, my main Mayer amp/cab settings, and some subtle tri chorus. Doing a tone tutorial later!

Interesting. I know that the FM3 doesn't handle the FullRes IR's so I'll be tuning in to see how you accomplished that tone. It sounded great!

Thanks! The IR is on ultra res, some room dialed in on the cab block, and then large room verb with the size turned down to get a big sound. Then tri chorus! All that together might be overboard, but the results turned out how I wanted them to. In the actual Mayer recording you can hear these cool overtone squeals. Think this preset gets there! I’ll record the video soon.
