Hum buster question

I’m setting up a temple Audio board with a 2x mod interface going out the side. Can I wire a trs-trs cable from the humbuster out to the interface and then plug the the humbuster cable itself out from the side of the board when I need to use an amp?

AFIII Axe FX3 lot of noise and ground problem :( help!

Hi! unfortunately i have pretty bad grounding at home. I have already bought furman, new instrument cables, etc. Do you think that putting humbuster cables between the fx3 and the interface would help my problem? or some other tip maybe? Thanks.
