Preset conversion problem : User Cab doesn't work

Hello. I just found a Malmsteen tone match preset made by the youtuber Cesário Filho. Really liked the tone. So I converted it via Fractool. First problem; I can't see any amp/effect blocks on Ax8's screen. Blocks are all empty. The other problem is there's an annoying buzz which is terrible...

Buzz - grounding/input issue????

Hi all Got a problem with a buzz - sounds like a grounding issue. Not there when nothing is plugged in; hitch up the guitar and it buzzes for England. Any ideas? Bit urgent tbh as i have a gig tomorrow night; just noticed it come on all of a sudden at a gig tonite. Thanks in anticipation. Geoff
