Bug? Fract-Bot / AX8 freeze up durring Backup ?

Trying to backup my presets using Fract-bot and as its going the AX8 unit will freeze up and I get a time out error on my screen. I have to reboot the AX8 and start over again. Anyone have this happen to them?
