    It seems that realtime sysex for the tuner is not being passed out of the 7-pin bidirectional MIDI In jack, but only out of the dedicated MIDI Out jack. Is there any way to send the tuner sysex out of pins 1 and 3 of the MIDI In jack? Perhaps I missed a system setting somewhere.

    I sometimes use all 4 for other purposes. I generally don't need multiple flangers. I've also been using flangers for this purpose since the ultra, so I'm more accustomed to it.

    The Axe definitely has some superb sounding effects that are similar. But there is definitely something about the cloudburst that I really like. It's like some kind of grit that gives it a bowed or brass quality. What is already sustaining also doesn't seem to interfere with new input. Very nice.

    With all due respect, I have yet to hear an Axe-FX preset that sounds like the cloudburst, even from the master preset creators on this thread. There's a lot going on in their algorithm that you might not be noticing.
