I've never heard of any unexposed SIC parameters - have you? (only Fractal knows for sure), but those 2 curve section definitions (freq/Q/Reso-Gain for the lo and hi side) are, as I understand it, essentially what one would be looking to determine if trying to measure a personal cab's SIC...

not really: "sounds good / great" is a completely different concept than sounding true to a specific reference (speaker, mic, pre...). If all one wants is "good", then by all means, spin the dials till happy (tho one may want to bone up a little on what those dials do and how they work in order...

If u mean listening to the same cab directly in a room, then No afaik, because an IR does not solely represent a direct cab listening experience, rather, it is a given mic's interpretation of that cab (sitting in a different room from where u are) at a certain mic distance / orientation and fed...

Afaik, and from what I see / hear directly - Axfx replicates guitar signal exactly, without any special adjustments - not with less gain/volume than irl. One can boost or cut the guitar signal if desired in various ways (input gain, input trim, filter blk ...), but by default, wrt gain/volume...

Whatever changes you make in CL including mic placement gets exported. I'd still recommend moving methodically tho if CL is new for you. For me, this would mean: buy 1 DC pack (sounds like you've already done this from what you mentioned above) and try everything out to confirm your workflow...

If you have your Ax2 sending to an audio interface, you could use the audio interface as IO for CL4 running stand alone. This will put the CL4 cab at the end and you'll have to manually bypass your Ax2 cab while auditioning in CL4 (I prefer this method personally). I would expect the Hi/Lo cut...
