I did. And reinstalled the latest firmware right after I got it. For whatever reason, a second factory reset and second reinstall of the firmware corrected both of my issues. --- ed

Preset Dump to Computer Not Working

I'm having some difficulties dumping presets from my Axe-Fx Ultra to my Mac. When I dump a preset, I can see that a file is sent via USB MIDI interface to my Mac (OS 10.4.11) into my Sysex Librarian application. The exported file appears, but at a very, very small file size -- usually 2 to 4...
