AFIII The Fender Deluxe Reverb is spot on!

The included Preset in this cab pack is what version currently? I see when this was originally released we were at 2.0 software for Axe FX III. Has it been updated to 4.0/5.0? I realize the cabs are relevant regardless of release... but I'm chasing your original guitar tone from thread.

Been awhile since this thread has been updated: Anyone know how the latest version of course materials stacks up against 3.2 and 4.0 beta firmware? I’m guessing some features will not be included i.e. authentic layout, etc., but is it still valuable to help with a new setup for a III and MC12?

Any chance of updating the list with each of the patch and scene numbers used for the songs.....? You really nailed some nice match-ups (very inspiring) and having bought the packs yesterday it would be an awesome cheat sheet as folks go through the zillion amazing options included in Austin’s pack.

I am happy to say that my new AXE FX III arrived last week and I’m in the process of reconfiguring my set-up and have a few questions. I’ve read a tremendous amount of amazing information from YEK, Moke, Leon, iaresee, WIKI, etc. regarding input settings, +4dBu vs -10dBv, output settings, etc...

Moltenmetalburn, Can you elaborate on your idea of speaker consonance...? Specifically, your suggestion regarding... "Set the low and high resonance to the actual cabinet, once a consonance is achevied The sound is solid and thick." What do you mean by "actual cabinet"?

Fredster, Great advice. I'll take a peak in the amp block to see what I'm set at and make some changes according to your setup. I too find the 4x12's hard to replace. I wonder if anyone make a nice 4x12 with say those EV speakers everyone speaks about that are a little more neutral for the axe...

themaidenmaniac, Interesting idea about the class a/b mode... And pushing your depth and precense levels past 12:00. I was keep things somewhat neutral, but i do find that the depth and precensce controls add alot of tight bottem end to the overall sound. What's your VHT volume vs your front...
