Wondering if anyone has had this happen or if its a bug??? I have new MK II Turbo. was at a session yesterday and before we started everything was working and sounded great. Then it was like the wah block got stuck in the toe postion and the wah wouldn't work anymore. So i switched presets...

Fender FR-12 compared to PXM-12. My experience so far.

im kinda intrigued by these Fender FRs as well. I wonder if Fender would be as good as EV was about the distortion when the note fades on the PXM-12. they were great. paid for shipping..fixed issue done. i have a feeling not that kind fo service from Fender but who knows.

Preset leveling: Clean preset

Ok. so i had this issue last night at the gig. I used the preset level tool to level my clean and then use the Klone or RAT and the OD's as effects and they were alot hotter!!..i thought i had them pretty dialed but ya i just need to use my ears

The Virtual Capo is truly Amazing - but be extra careful how you program it when using Scene Ignore!

i must suck at using it too, cant get it to work either..just looking to go down 1/2 step and its out of tune..is it really that im "hearing" my guitar? and not the FM9 or both so it sounds out.

i still suck at using the VC..i set it up at the beginning of the grid and still it sounds out of tune and unusable...must be user error on my part. All im looking to do is go down to Eb.

AX8 patches to FM9?

Ya man, thats the only way to do it, manually. I did a bunch of screen shots. Turned on Ax8- edit on another machine and just got them in the ball park and then tweaked them. One thing i did find is, the FM-9 does sound killer, better than my Ax8. It does take time but ya you learn your...

Is there a tutorial on how to do the Per Preset in FM-9 edit??..i know there are a couple pages but im somewhat confused. Basically what im trying to do is just go to a preset i made and have it on Layout 7 i guess? but when i go back and forth from one preset to another it defaults to Presets...

Just got my Travelpro22 rollaboard..fits great..i can fit 1 or 2 EV-2 next to the FM9. just gonna use some foam or towel to protect. Pretty compacgt and not bulky..i use a Targus rolling laptop bag for my Ax8, so i like this type of design

If you're not sure...the FM9 is a beast!

Same here full time musician and hundreds of gigs with the Ax8....i had an Ultra in 09, then AxeFxII.....and just got the Fm9 on friday..wow this thing is killer. Was funny i bought a III and Liquid foot Jr+ so i could run that rig and as a backup for my Ax8...when this came out i sold the LF...

I do the same thing with my Ax8. Targus rolling laptop bag and it works killller. room for two Ev-2's, and cables..fits like a glove to in there...Soooo im looking to go the same route with the FM9..i dont want a spininer, just one with two wheels and a handle.

Ya Ian! I finally got to try this preset with my III...sounds great with my PRS. I was trying to figure out that chase delay effect he was using and i knew it was dotted 8th but still couldn't get it happening ..anyway thanks sounds great.

Ya man it is...i roll into the gig with guitar on my back and everything i need in that Targus laptop bag. A backpack style would work too for the FM9, but i have my guitar on my back..so pulling it behind me is ideal.

Anyone have their Send Realtime Sysex reset to OFF or Ext. controls reset to NONE...

Im having this issue sometimes...Im running a Liquid Foot Jr+ and once in awhile something is reseting these parameters to OFF and None..stange..anyone else have this?

IM not sure of the firmware and i wouldn't send yours back to your dealer. Id just keep it, reach out to EV and have them repair it..I just got my second one back yesterday and it works great. wasn't gone very long 2 weeks if that.
