2 issues after much research that seem to be the issue. Not enough down pressure with no string tee. And seems to be a somewhat common thing with quarter sawn necks. Also with mine the lacquer is way too thick. The neck pocket was a mess , wasn’t cleaned out so the contact was wood to wood.

I’d love to hear them. Played a large venue a few weeks ago with all L Acoustics line array and monitors. They killed the CLRs as well. Best sounding monitors I’ve played through or heard so far. $4500 ea. not powered.

POLL: What should the next NEW AustinBuddy TonePack be, before 2023 hits?

Artist specific tone paks other than Zeppelin would be my vote. My concern is keeping them up to speed with firmware updates. As it is, It seems firmware is most always a couple revisions ahead. Not meant as a complaint your work is excellent, it just seems like a nightmare to keep everything up...

I updated today and checked everything resetting my presets for tomorrow. Had several communication losses with Ax Edit as well as one freeze. had to reboot the Fm9 to reconnect. Mostly copy and pasting blocks. I'll dig in a little deeper when I get more time. Sounds Amazing!

Axe Fx III vs FM9 Output levels

I noticed last week when I used my AX3 (I had been using FM9) same preset same settings, the input on the board was clipping so I had to turn down the AX3 from 12:00 to around 10:30 or 11 o’clock to get it to stop clipping. There’s a difference here.
