    I thought i read that the g2 had selectable impedance on the ins and outputs. This could be the key to matching it up with your amp. My g1 never sounded right in 4cm. Sucks more tone than an unbuffered switcher with pedals and all the added cabling that it required.

    Pitch Shift Latency. Recommendations?

    Play with the tracking parameter i think. Find a balance between accuracy and latency. I use to use the axe to downtune a whole step for one of our originals and it worked well.... But i wouldnt want to play more than 3 songs per set like that.

    Sorry a bit late on the clip but the 1st half sounded a bit more boxy, the 2nd half had a tad more low end and high end clarity to my ears.     With my mesa 2:90 i use power amp sims on with heavy gain patches.....gives me a more interesting, less sterile sound...but like you said.... its easy to sound too spongey so i set sag damp and master volume accordingly.
