    S/PDIF converter?

    Does one exist? My Axe Fx II XL+ has S/PDIF in/out jacks that operate at a set rate of 48k but my Tascam 24 track recorder operates at a set rate 44.1k, is there any way to reconcile the two so I can in fact use the S/PDIF out of the Axe Fx to record directly to the Tascam?
