Thanks Cliff, After your Message I bought another midi-device today. It works. But I am still wondering how my UM 2ex receives messages from the axe about 2 months ago and today there isn´t even a blinking LED. But receiving data from a Keyboard ins´t futhermore a problem, strange. But thanks...

Ok Guys. After asking google i found out that between pin-5 and pin-2 of a 5-pin midi-out cable there is ordinary a voltage about 5V, even you send data or not. Tasted this with my midi interface and it seems to be right. Do the same test with the axe. There are only about 3.3V. I am not a...

SPDIF out is noisy

I´ve got an Motu 828mkII an have the same Problems if i foget to set the input frequency to 48khz and in the option menu "sync to external clock" Maybe it helps.

Yes the edirol have a status LED. But there is no blinking while sending midi data from the axe. The LED works, because it blinks while sending midi data from the keyboard to pc. Strange, isnt it? Or simply a damaged midi out.

Today i want to do a backup of my presets because of a little beta testing 8-) But the Ultra sends no data. Already changed midi cabel and tasted the same thing with another midi interface,... still nothing. On the other hand data receive isn´t a problem. Installing Firmware and sending midi...
