LFO 2 Sync+

There's a setting available for the "rate" parameter in many blocks called "LFO 1 Sync" that is quite useful. It would be pretty nifty to have "LFO 2 Sync" available as well... "LFO 1A Sync" "LFO 1B Sync" "LFO 2A Sync" and "LFO 2B Sync" would help synchronize large parts of the known Universe.

Rotary Speedup/Slowdown Delay

Like on the "real" spinners. After you change speeds the change is not instant, it takes a bit of time to spin up/down. An adjustable parameter for this lag would be pretty neat.
