I'd really like to check those presets. Listening to a video can't be compared with how it feels while playing by yourself. To me the Friedman Pack is the one of REAL interest but way too pricey just to check it out and not being sure if it'll be right for me.

IR choice is more (even most) important and should always be made before EQ anything in the amp block. I prefer the HBE and HBE V2 The lead sound here is the HBE V2:

XiTone arrived today...shoot out against my DXR10

Friedman BE-100 and FM3 - Axe-Fx III (emulate Phil X Demo)

Basicly it's a question of taste, that's right. In my opinion the best IR's are really the ones from Europe because they behave and feel like playing a real cabinet with real speakers www.valhallir.at / www.cabir.eu Apart from that, there are some nice York Audio or MLsoundlab IR's out there...

Wish Wish List: New Amps

As far as I know, every channel of the Stealth model can be dialed in more gainy. I think the sound of the 6L6 Stealth is reachable with some tweaks. But to my ear, I never came close to the EL34. Leon Todd made a cool video about that, but that's not really satisfying to me either.
