[fixed] FC12 PROBLEM (& FC6)....3 BUTTONS (ALL BUTTONS) not functioning..but light up.

Any updates to this situation? My fc 12 has the furtherest top left scribble strip not working. It wants to...sometimes it shows alien letters but mostly is just blank (but lights up). I have updated fairly often and currently running 23.05.

Axe 3 newbie

Thank you all for the replies. I wish it was as easy as plugging into the headphone jack. Yeah when I plug into the back panel Input 1 it shows signal on the front led. However plugging into the front panel input 1, I get no light up on the LEDs at all.

Axe 3 newbie

Hey everybody I am new to the fractal world and I absolutely love my axe 3. However, my front instrument panel input no longer works. Does anyone have any ideas why? Or how to fix it? I went through the protocol to make sure it wasn't user error. Currently I am using the back panel.

I am encountering a "please wait...communicating' on bottom of screen. Then a message that reads unable to communicate after a few minutes. Which is weird because when I first downloaded the new update this morning it worked great.
