    If you just want a volume boost, you can add a Filter block just before your ambient FX (verb and delay), and leave it with a flat EQ line, but with something like +3.5dB on the Level knob. Start with it bypassed, and kick it in when you want to boost.

    Another option is to hit Page >> to get to the "Presets" tab (hit it 3 times from the Home tab). Then use the Nav arrows to get to the Preset you want, and hit Enter to select it. Much faster than trying to use the Value Wheel to make big jumps between presets.
