I had the same dillema not that long ago. Similar situation: i dont gig, it is solely for bedroom studio purposes. Went with the Axe Fx IIXL+ over the AX8 and have not regretted it in the slightest

Thats definitely something ive considered. What are your thoughts on the mfc 101? It does seem pretty useful. Quicker access. Or maybe its a little redundant for my purposes? Could i easily go without?
