I’m embarrassed to ask- Changing Strings

For non locking tuners there is a balance to be struck between having enough wound around the tuner so that the string doesn't slip out and not so much that the strings slip and put the instrument out of tune (more a problem on the wound strings). I've found that one full wind on the E and A...

Sorry, I wasn't completely clear.... I was agreeing wholeheartedly. I don't understand the doubts and was putting them down to small issues getting larger with time. Overall, they can have my money gladly.

I agree with your overall sentiment. I do think that nobody is really doubting the overall quality of the product. I reckon it's more a case of minor issues becoming larger with time.

Most people will not notice if there is a difference in audio converter quality. At this stage it's hard to say, but I will say that I personally most likely wont hear a difference. There is no mic pre in the Axe III as of yet. I would imagine that this would be a way to go for an upgraded unit...

"How can I help?"

This is pretty cool. I'm a long time FAS products user and am designing a website for my teaching business in Australia. I'd like to use the FAS logo on my website to link back to the FAS home page. I want to do this with all of the gear I use in a "DJPT uses but is not endorsed by...."...
