    Hello! I use a Katana 100 mkII combo on stage with FM3 and FM9. Using the power amp in its excellent, very loud if needed. You may want to boost highs a bit as the tones are a bit warm stock. For $250 it is well worth it.

    Yes, the usb connection to the AX8 is so you can use AXE-EDIT. It doesnt carry audio like an interface. You will simply use 2 USB's one to your Focusrite scarlette , and one to your AX8. Im using it right now as we speak :)

    After looking at it I would say no. Its says USB over midi , and it shows a pic of an ax8 on website but I think it is connecting via midi not USB. Others more knowledgeable can hopefully help. Why would you need this with an ax8? I can understand Kemper.

    There are a number of ways , one being add a filter block to the scene you need louder, set type to null and then add 3-5db to level. You can also use scene controller to increase level by scene. Others here are more versed than I and can chime in as well! Hope this helps.
