Phasing issue when double tracking

I'm going to try and hop into the studio tonight and look at it again. Maybe I'll try and post a sample of the weirdness. Thanks for the input, guys. (No pun intended)

Phasing issue when double tracking

I'm having phasing issues when I double track guitars for layering purposes and/or hard left and hard right panning. I am going DI into my Scarlet FocusRite 18i20. I want to use the same guitar and same preset; any suggestions? What am I missing here?

TesseracT-like clean tone

From your Axe, where do you have midi going to? And do you have Midi returning to the Axe also? I had a similar issue and might be able to help you troubleshoot it.

Can't import preset correctly

I noticed sometimes the cab or amp doesn't "select" anything from the drop down menu in axe edit. I have to manually select "Modern" or whatever the preset was supposed to call for. Makes things complicated and kind of defeats the purpose ironically enough. Hope that helps!

Axe-Fx Ultra in 2017

I bought my Ultra "late to the game" and I love it regardless. It's leaps better than just using plugins or amps (if you don't have unlimited access to great studio collections).

What is your 'go to' compressor setting?
