Axe Edit constant crashes

Unfortunately the issue has not been solved. Please submit a ticket to the support, so they can collect your data/info and find out what is happening. Yesteday I played on a WIN8 machine, and AE after crash just froze my AXE unit, never happened before.

Started to rebuild my presets from scratch with fw7.02 and AE 3.13. Got a timeout after 30 minutes. Really-really disturbing.

I did not downgraded my AE to 3.13 when downgraded my FW to 7.02, so now I'm testing again.

I don't have cab lab, still got the crashes. I am starting to become very angry and I also started to think about switching from Fractal to something else if this issue won't be solved in the next months.

Few weeks passed by again. The issue is still here. I would like to kindly ask you to report your problem via mail to Fractal Support, only few of us did. by now, there is no sign of an upcoming fw/ae update.

Yeserday I had a long conversation and walkthrough with Matt from the support, he was really helpful. Please give me some time to test my unit, it seems like everything is fine now, I will keep you posted in the upcoming days!

Wow. Thanks for the tip. However, I don't know what to say, I feel very-very upset that you had to spent another 100 bucks to make your unit work, which by the way has a bug from the factory developers (namely fw8b-8.01&8.02).

Please keep us posted. I am communicating with the FAS support as well, but the biggest issue is, that AXE EDIT does not have crash log (pretty strange for sw that comes with a 2K usd product), so they can not help at this time. I tried a new cable, closed chrome, switched AC, etc.. Support...

I am new to Axe Fx, only used it a month before this crashing software update, but since that I am unable to tweak my presets because the communication is just disrupting after few minutes of work. Does anyone know if the officials mention any release date of the bugged update? Thank!
