Tone Matched my Taylor 914ce

Tried the "Studio & Naschville" preset with the cab blocks that were provided for AX8 with my Takamine "workhorse" (NS10 I believe) and - similar to others here - I'm amazed by the sound I'm getting out of this -thank you so much!! I have already used it for a recording and can't wait to use it...

Icona pop (I love it) synth preset

When listening to the song I'm just glad about no more playing in a cover band that does stuff like that ... ;) I think I'd leave that sound to the Keyboard player. :-P

Good idea! But I'd rather see this as a per-block parameter - more flexible and intuitive imho. (In the UI, I'd look for that option in the same place as the Block Bypass setting)

Cool Preset - thanks for sharing! I added a Delay(lay,lay) block at the end (in parallel to the MTD & REV) - not sure if that brings it closer to the original .... but I didn't care anyway as I was carried away by the sound already, jammin on the sound & tweaking along ... ;-) Added Scene...

Attached, but not sure if/how that will help you (as it doesn't include the IR's) The file I previously posted is a "Preset-Cab Bundle" file and should include "everything" (?) Try loading it using the AxEdit Preset > Import option - and see these posts...

same here, I back your wish (not only for the WAH block but generally). For the Wah/AutoWah thing, as a workaround you could possibly use a PEQ or FLT block for either of both (?)

As an idea to simulate the two tracks with just one guitar, maybe you could 'generate' the percussive dotted 1/8th note delay part with some 'noise' that is 'scattered' into short (percussive) bits as a second track to your orignal guitar track, and then trigger this generated percussion track...

More 7.02B Presets

Is anyome able to open "Incredibly lush clean tone" (Methamphetaclean) in 7.02b ? (Just to make sure theres's nothing wrong with the file as such, as for me in 7.01 it loads, but then remains a blank preset.) Otherwise I'll (im)patiently await the 7.02 release - in the video that preset sounds...

Understood. Just as an idea: I have configured my F2 to "Scene 1/2 toggle" which gives me a "global" s1/2 switch for all presets. (I left "F2 Hold" to "Sticky Scene", in case I need more than s1/2 in a Preset.) That could maybe fulfil your wish to 50% at least, as you'd then have an...

I can confirm that indeed my cable was bad - exchanging it made the calibration go up to 0.98 again. => Will go shopping for some high quality Y-cables now ... ;-) Still I'd be interested if your solution works out well meanwhile (as I'm thinking about building/getting something similar myself)
