I'm a Mac user, so no driver needed, its supposed to be plug and play, check your USB plug on your computer to see if they are working.

I don't if its my browser (Safari) or they have problem with the site but i'm having a big accessing the site, I have to reload and reload the page until I can get it. On my browser page it says that the server is too busy to access!! So we are a BIGGER family!!! ;-) Seriously i'm having that...

Got that message today: AX8-Edit was unable to complete the following communication request: Query device version : query_sys_info Strange? change cable, tried on Pc on Win7 and Mac El Capitan, worked fine yesterday. Don't know what to do now?
