Recommended 6U case?

I think also depending on how "picky" you wanna get with it, some of his signature squeals timbre comes from the EMG 81/85s. I can hit the PH on any pickup/guitar but seems like when you pick up a 24.5" scale guitar with EMGs, its like "yup, there it is".

Frankly, I think WDW sounds the best. It is a huge pain in the ass live though. If you already have 2x FRFR speakers and dig the sound of them then just go stereo. I need a guitar cab though. I've been running stereo out of output 1 to FoH and summed mono out of output 2 (FX Loop block)...

Mixing Greenbacks with V30's real cab?

I have a V30 and a Greenback in my EVH 2x12. Sounds great. I would definitely give it a shot with the Vet 30 and see how it sounds. It is definitely worth your time to try it.

I have the 170 and tried the 700 at Sweetwater. At 0, its flat. It's nice to have the EQ on the power amp because you can fine tune between rooms without changing your patch. You can see more of my feedback on it here...
