Cliff, are these speaker page settings something that we AX8 users can copy to get a similar effect, or is it something that is outside the scope of the settings on our Speaker page? Also, is this something that could be added to Cab Lab? Thanks.

Any word on an update for the AX8?

Ive never gotten the feeling we were 2nd class. My guess is the silence has more to do with they have to see whats possible since the firmware is hard to upgrade apparently (according to that Gear Page post by Cliff). By not saying much they arent committing either way. It does frustrate some...

Making your own guitar cab impulses...

Here is the impulse in case anyone wants to check it out. Its of a Mesa Boogie Rectoverb combo amp with a Black Shadow MC90 speaker. The mic used is a Sennheiser e906.

Wish Undo for AX8-Edit?

Sometimes when editing patches I change things for the worse and would like to go back to how it was before. Any chance an undo option could be put in Ax8 Edit? A quick Cmd-Z (or Control Z for the PC people) would be an awesome fix to bad changes!

Hmmm... Just poking around with settings a bit more. If Im on the Amp Geek tab, would it be logical to copy some or all of the settings on here from the SVT sim to the Amp Geek page for guitar sims if Im using them for bass? Im thinking of at least the Tone Freq setting at least?

Hey everyone. Im trying to hook my Ultra up to a patchbay here in the studio, and it seems if I plug cables into the rear inputs, they cancel out the front input, even though I have the IO set to listen to the front inputs now? Is this normal? Is there a way around this? Thanks, Michael

Cab Lab 3 with Axefx Ultra?

Hey everyone. I was thinking about Cab Lab 3. I was thinking of maybe purchasing it so I could use Ultra Res implulses with my Ultra while recording. Has anyone done this? Is it a big upgrade over the High Res impulses in the Ultra? Thanks!

Best power amp for Axe Fx Ultra to use with a 4x12 cab

The Monoprice 605030 should work fine if you are looking for just a power amp (i tried to post a link, but the forum thinks its spam... oh well). It has 1/4" speaker outs too, which i dont believe the SLA2 has..

Axe-O-Matic?

Hi everyone! I recently bought a Ultra and am LOVING IT. I was doing some research on the cab IR's and Ive seen a program called Axe-O-Matic mentioned. It seems Overhammer isnt selling it any more? Is this true? Is there an alternative that does the same kind of things? Thanks!
