I was also wondering about this, I will check if I hear an additional DRY SIGNAL (Volume Increase) when a BLOCK like the Delay is BYPASSED and set to THRU, but set to KILL DRY state when ON. Would this mean an increase in Volume when BYPASSED or because when engaged it's only one signal now...

Thank you Cliff and Staff!!! No Issues so far with any of the presets I've checked!! I’m loving the Update to be completely honest, I’m in it for any improvement to getting closer to "the real thing", I get a wider sound overall with this Firmware, to my ears at least! Best!

It has never happened before and nothing in my preset has changed, within the same Preset, Scene 1 uses the CAE3+Rhythm and it is actually louder than Scene 3 where the CAE3+ Lead is and the Lead is the one causing the loudest Popping, crackle! The rhythm does it as well but not as frequent and...

Yes, I sent my preset of the CAE3+ LEAD as well, I just hadn't noticed that it had to do with the Input Dynamics (which I have set to 2 for all my High Gain Amps), however, I turned it OFF and I still get the Crackle. Not as much as with it on 2 but it is still there! I have a SOLO 100 LEAD...

I have noticed the same thing, the last few Betas I've been having to re tweak on some presets where Ive made changes to the LOW CUT in the INPUT EQ, as it resets to default for whatever was default for that AMP.

Anyone notice the CAE3+ LEAD clipping? I have a preset with the CAE3+Rhythm on one scene and then on another scene the CAE3+ LEAD and it wasn't clipping before this Firmware, now it makes a cracking noising (CLIP) and volume momentarily cuts out of course.

LOVED IT! Def Leppard in the Studio Recording Guitars is one thing (they use less Gain and Layer Guitars note by note sometimes which is a cleaner clearer sound which works beautifully for Studio work) but LIVE they always used more Gain, its just the nature of ROCK N ROLL!! Who doesnt love...

I wouldn't bother with it Cliff. People have the choice of two separate screens already, Authentic, and Ideal, get with the program people, I rather let Cliff be the free creative genius he is instead of whining about choosing over one screen of settings or another!! Just my 2 cents...

I also have another JC-120 preset which has the same noise as this JC-120 preset. But, I have other presets with the 5153 amp and those work just fine.

Here are the 5153 that Freezes the unit, and the JC-120 which has terrible hissing noise! Never had issues with any presets before, and these Ive had for more than a year now.

Axe FX III freezes and have to reboot when I switch to a preset with a 5153 amp block, audio goes dead after a click. Also there's all this noise happening when I switch to a preset with the JC-120 amp block.
