I made this preset and the video when the quantum7 beta1 was released. Maybe i guess there is only a little difference of the bottom end after the Q7 beta 2 is released. But im not 100% sure either, thank you!

TS9, SD1 and TS9, SD1 of the Axe FX II

Long ago I was wondering how the pedals of the afxII are close to the real ones. Now I've done this comparison and loved this machine more than ever. This video is done even before the firmware(4-6.X?) regarding the pedal accuracy or quality is released.

Comparison among cabinet Impulse responses

There is nothing I changed in the cab block or amp block. But among impulses some of them are 57-121 combination or 57-421. Also microphone positioning might be different.

Yes these pickups are really boomy sounding pickups! I also had a good experience with the Marshall amps, and sounded really tight and thick. but with my mark v it sounds dark and muddy a bit so I yesterday got the dimarzio steve's special and air norton for swapping.

I used JP6 loaded with Dimarzio D sonic for tone matching! and recorded with EBMM Majesty! the preset was made with Q2.0 Download link is in the youtube description and thanks for watching!:)

Mark II C+ mode(Mark V) Vs Mark II C++(Axe FX II)

Ownhammer oversized rectifier 57(c1)-121(Top Right) is used, and Its included in Justin York's collection which contains 212 412 mesas. the guitar is EBMM JP6 equipped with the dimarzio D-sonic.;)

I set the knobs in the Axe FX2 almost similar to that of mark V, and after that I chosen the mesa os cabinet in the axe fx2 to get the tone of II C+ mode in the Mark V. Choosing cabinet was not too difficult because the amp sim is really similar to the real one. Apologise for my sloppy recording...

I need advice from ML Sound Lab about Cab Pack 7

My favourites are 57-421 (05) and 57-121 (11)(05) its really thick and dark a bit. imho very suit to my EBMM JP12 and Mark II C++ in the axe fx 2

Name time out issue

I had a problem with my MFC101 Mark III. I used CAT5 cable for powering the MFC and had a name time out issue! Yesterday I tried to power MFC with a power supply unit and it worked very well. Is there anyone whose MFC is working well with CAT5 cable? or mine has a problem?

About 3rd party IRs

Hi folks. I have been collecting mesaboogie IRs as many as possible and I've satisfied with most of IRs such as ownhammer, cab pack7-13, redwirez, TAF, 3sigma. Are there more great mesa IRs that I can purchase? It would be really appreciate if you recommend me more of mesa IRs!! thank you.

Thank you guys for the quick responses!! Your opinions made me want to try both of'em! Fortunately the used price of the old version 2:90 is the same to that of matrix in my country.:) I decided to get both of them. It'll be more clear after having enough test!
