Bug? Auto-engage not working with slow pos/fast update

I have the same issue: when slowly engaging an expression pedal it typically does not work. This has been an issue with both my Axe-Fx II and III. Please post the response from tech support. Thanks!

I got my FC12 a week ago and couldn't be happier. That said, I went through months of frustration as I midi programmed the MFC101 to work with the Ax3. OP has a right to be frustrated, although I too wonder about the timing. The waitlist is basically gone.... hello?

I can't seem to make FractalBot or MFC-Edit receive or transmit sysex files for the MFC through the Axe-Fx III. Do anyone have a tread someplace? What do I need to to in the system menus in the Axe to make it work? Thanks

Yea, I used to use this trick as a global boost on my Axe2 but I never assigned a button for -3. It's not a bad idea.

There are times on stage where I want to increase or decrease the volume temporarily during a busy or quiet song. It's usually specific to the song or situation. Usually then I will want to use the same preset/ scene later with the regular volume restored.

MFC not working

I want 4 scenes per preset. So I set banksize to 4, and now the INCR/DECR buttons increases the presets by 4. So it will jump from 20 to 24, say. Is that supposed to happen or is there something else wrong? This btw is a problem unrelated to the IA1 problem. Thanks again.

Its set to 1 currently. I had it on 8, as I followed Morphosis' guide but then the INCR/DECR changed presets in increments of 8. Should it be 0, 1 or 8? Thanks

Small correction: when I press IA1 it actually jumps to preset 2. It hits Scene 1 of that preset. Does anyone know what might cause this and what I need to do to avoid the preset change? Thanks

Ok, thank you very much! I am going to send it (e-mail please?), but before I do, I will try an old syx file in case the one I am working on got damaged somehow. It appears as if its not mapping correctly even when I make the song <-> preset mapping on the MFC itself.

Anyone using the new Friedman ASM 12 FRFR monitor. Reviews on that.

Two comments on the Friedman asm12 (I own one). 1. I don't find it very FRFR. Rather, it seems quite heavy on the lower midrange. Maybe that's why a lot of folks like it, but I don't. I think it way overemphasize the lower register. To me it sounds muffled. It does have that "slamming" sound...

I had a similar experience last night. Took my Axe-Fx and Friedman asm12 out to a small gig to do a couple of songs with my new band. The Friedman has sounded good in at practice volumes at home, but I did not like it live. It just sounded compressed and canned, without any high end sparkle...

I cannot connect fractal bot or MFC edit to my MFC using a 7 pin midi cable. Do I need a different connection? Two midi cables (in/ out)? I also tried a ethernet into the axe fx and that didnt work either. I have an older version of the MFC, without the faslink port. Thanks!

Tones always fizzy?

Have you tried double tracking that? I am a newbie as well and I noticed that what I hear when I single track a heavy rhythm track like that is thin and fizzy. When I double track and pan each track left/right it sounds amazing.
