By "informed guess" one usually means a genuine guess (not a quasi-guess with a hint of secret information), which is informed by one's research or general acquaintance with a given topic/person/etc. Knowing GG's tendencies and heaving read many interviews, etc., it seems to me that, in general...

The G4 Experience

He seems to be using it now live for the US Aristocrats tour (first few gigs he used his regular pedalboard). I doubt he'll stick with it, though.

He used the Friedman head because there was a problem with the output valve in the V50 and since in a while they didn't have a day off they could neither arrange a replacement from Victory (as they couldn't be sure they'd get it on time) or a repair. He likes the Friedman, though, but he still...
