    @austinbuddy I think you might have forgotten to change the compressor settings on the blackface Bassman. It's quieter than other presets. I just copied the compressor settings from another Fender preset and all is well. :)

    The pitch block has been vastly improved since the II. The Virtual Capo is very good at shifting up/down however you want. It can keep up with fast picking and I find it very enjoyable to play now whereas with the II I wouldn't even consider it for down tuning because it didn't feel right back then.

    I've got a Steelcase Leap too. You can find plenty of used ones for cheap. I think I got mine from a third party through Amazon. I don't think the arm rests are a problem for guitar playing as they are adjustable in multiple spots.
