problem with axe change

i was downloading the latest patches from axe change and only one loaded up out of 10 or so. the rest just came up blank. i am on version q 1.03 on my axe-fx II xl+. most patches said they were for axe-fx II xl. q-1.x. i cant figure what im doing wrong. thanks for any help.
