Is a "Mark II" always a "Turbo" or are there FM3 Mark II's previous to the "Turbo" model?

Just as the title says. I saw a FM3 Mark II for sale and just curious if that means it is a Turbo or if that came later. Thanks!

Scene Manager and Swapping Scenes...

I don't know if this problem is specific to the FM9 & FM9-Edit or not, but in the Scene Manager, when I attempt to use the "Swap Scenes" function, it never works properly. The effects never get mapped properly as they were in the scenes before the swap, which forces me to do everything manually...
