fractal bot broken

Ok, I see part of what I did, I didn't see that the driver is for the axe. When I open fb the fx8 has a green mark next to the fx8 drop down menu. But the other 2 drop menus do not.

My fractal bot opens but is greyed out. . Any help appreciated. fx8edit opens and works like normal. I've done these steps and nothing works: 1. turned off anti virus 2. downloaded fb with firefox 3.tried several usb ports 4. uninstalled and reinstalled 5. redownloaded driver and got error 105

U2 With or Without You preset. Signal path: psionic triad>comp>zen master>2290 with mod>multidly(shimmer)>large plate reverb. Edge signature strat>VoxAC15>top boost>bridge position. The bpm and delay time is for the original recording off The Joshua tree. It may vary a bit for other recordings.

Here's a preset for U2's Heartland off of Rattle And Hum. Real simple preset. Another cool song by U2,a haunting song. Signal path: 70's Fender Strat reissue in quack position into FX8 into VoxAC15. I'm using Ernie Ball regular slinky nickel wound strings.

sharing presets between AX8 and Fx8

Can presets be shared between the Ax8 and the FX8? Apologies if there is a previous thread, I was unable to find one. I notice that the Axe-change only has a handful of presets and the Ax8 has over 19 pages of shared presets.
