    Customer Services? Or CostUMore Services? It's all geared around the company and not the customer... the examples above support that suggestion. I used to work in I.T. Support as a supervisor, and the company policies and procedures applied were never for the customers benefit.

    I had this exact problem on 21.0 - if I remember correctly all that was required was reselect the ports in Axe Edit and a reboot of my PC. Not sure of both these actions were needed but after that it was detected fine.

    Had a similar thing happen on my rg1570. Managed to find a replacement (same cheap alloy) off one of the Ibanez forums. In hindsight I wish I had gone for a brass or steel replacement because now I always wonder when it's going to fail again.
