    It stays. The clean channel is very quiet. It happens with the distorted channel. But I think it's normal. It applies the gain to the noise. I think I'll build a humbuster cable and try again. Right now I've just added a Gate/Expander block after the FXL block.

    I just read the manual and I think not. It's just an attenuator in addition with a line out, but it doesn't work as a load, in fact you still have to connect a speaker. Beside that, it will work in the same way.

    Well, in this traditional way, even if you put a load box after the power amp, you lose pre gain stage effects, post gain stage stereo effects and you have to load an IR in the DAW if your load box isn't an IR loader too.
