Iron Maiden: Seventh Son of a Seventh Son - full mix on original backing track

Problem with synth while switching between scenes and patches

I have these two patches with a synth that changes chords by using 4 scenes. When i switch from patch 1 - scene 1 to patch 2 - scene 1 , the synth produces wrong notes , but it doesn't happen when i switch (for example) from patch 1 - scene 4 to patch 2 - scene 1. I recorded these two tracks to...
