Exactly, but I also use it to control the tempo of a LFO that controls a volume block creating a ducking effect like a sidechain. Still, with this “little” happening I really can’t understand why it would behave like this.

That’s my thought as well. I would be much more calm if it just freeze and I have to reboot it. No midi CCs or PCs were sent, there wasn’t even a midi track running. I copied my previous fm3 settings right off. And that worked flawless, with the same Ableton project. Not exactly the same, but...

Good point, No expression pedal used, midi cable from a MIOXM to fm9, no external switches. I'll have a look at the system settings in the morning Here's the preset. Cheers Emil

Amazing to see some footage, this is exactly whats happening to me! it seems like FM3-edit is a part of the problem, yes! I don't know if it is any help, but I can't update my FM3 if FM3-Edit is on!

1. September last year 2. It's always hooked up to FM-3 edit, so I guess yes! 3. Latest (The same problem was with the version before as well) 4. Separate audio interface for DAW 5. MAC, Big Sur 6. unfortunately not, but I will have that extra in mind next time!

Hi! My FM3 acts annoyingly weird, when I edit presets it can from nowhere just start scrolling thru presets, and when it stops it freezes. This is happening with a lot of different USB cables, computers, and firmware, now the latest, the 3.02 beta. Has anyone else had this problem? Cheers Emil

My take on his beautiful solo on "I guess I just feel like" I've always thought that the fuzz tones is the hardest to dial on the fractal or any other modeler, but with this one I got pretty happy! Cheers Emil

The struggle to see what you're stompin at is a common problem, i used to make my own tags for the sake that it isn't that hard. It's just a simple label. :) The second problem i got was, the lights in the MFC is quite bright (wich is good) but they tend to make the tags go dark instead! Sukh...
