Klone Chiron sounds better than my KTR

Has anyone else noticed that the High Cut in the Tone Tab is set to like 474Hz? Is it supposed to be that low?? I am not saying the model doesn't sound good .... that just kinda hit me as being kinda odd for it to be that low. Was really wondering if it might have been an error?

Update. Apparently it needed a day to reset or something ..... plugged it back up yesterday to rehearse some songs and it was working fine. Not sure what the deal was the night after the update, but all is well now.

Is there a way of changing the range of gain in the Drive block?

I own the 1981 and have owned a Rat before. I can confirm there is NO difference in the gain amounts. The one thing that the 1981 gives you, as has been mentioned previously, is the ability to do the clean/low gain boost that the Rat never could pull off in its stock form. Just found out this...

ANyone else having an issue with Saved BPM's not showing up correctly on Axe Edit since the new release? I can program Preset A with temp set at 124, then move to Preset B and set it at 70 ..... go back to Preset A and it's displaying 70 as well.

It sounded like a metal patch gone HORRIBLY wrong. The Dumble you were using as a drive had the input gain set on 9.8 and the power section was still on ..... Was a HOT MESS! I'll try out the new preset you shared and see if it's any better

Any decent Chorus sounds?

Amps as Drives? Awesome!

Hmmmmmm, now I wonder ...... could this be the answer to trying to emulate jumping channel inputs on a 5e3 that I've been wanting to try? I know there is some EQ stuff that goes on when you do that in real life ..... so maybe a little EQ tweaking as well?

That is what it says in the manual .... but personally .... I've found that the 100k Linear work the best. I've made them with 10k's, 25k's, 50k's, and 100k's .... and the 100's worked the best as far as taper and control.

Deluxe Tweed Question

So, is there any way to emulate jumping the channels like you could on a real world 5E3 Tweed Deluxe? Just curious as I have seen this done on the real world model ..... is there anyway to reproduce that in the Axe?

So... what is everyone using their Stand In Switches for?

Scenes 1-4 .... cause that is how many I use per song/preset. This way I can use just 1 layout on the FC-6 for Presets 1-3, Bank up, Bank Down, and Tap/Tuner.
