    Hi all, My FM9 Edit screen looks exactly like your screenshot and everything is set to FM9. If I now look at my FM9 Unit the 'Scenes/Tap Tempo buttons' are physically next to the 'Vibrato Lux' and not at the top as displayed 🤔

    Hi all, I don't like the way FM9 Edit displays the footswich positions on the right hand side. The bottom 3 foot switches displayed are in fact physically the top three switches and vice versa. Can these be changed so they can line up correctly. Many thanks in advance 😉

    I know theirs a lot of threads about the use of FRFR Cabs / Amps & Guitar Cabs etc etc but when creating live presets is their justification for using a PA speaker as your monitor, because at the end of the day it's what the punter will be listening too.

    Just tried panning one patch left and the other right for both electric and acoustic and seems to do the trick, electric side wired 4cm and acoustic side all effects pre-amp and took my output to the desk from the Out (Pre) jack for acoustic :)

    Going back to the very first post and the original question, just to quote the obvious! if the amplifiers Vol control is before the Effects return in the circuit then it will have no effect on the sound coming from the speaker, that will be controlled by the Axe-Fx. You are not using the 4CM...

    Think their is a lot of confusion going on here how 4CM actually works :rolleyes: and what yer trying to achieve. 4CM can let you use Axe-Fx or your amps pre-amp for your tone!

    Scottp, many thanks for the reply, just thought it may have been an option before a lot of time and effort is put in by other valuable forum members. Shame it has problems as i could see it being really useful during rehearsal whilst setting your patches at gig level.

    So frustrated I want to throw the AX8 in the Trash

    Had an occasional 'Unable yo communicate' however since going to V4 on i have had multiple ones! Use a Mac, nothing else running, and don't always do the same thing to get it back communicating :o{ Plenty of other threads on this issue and hopefully it can be sorted out soon in future updates...
