Can you move multiple presets all at once in FM3 Edit manage presets?

I think I ended up with a few corrupt presets over so many iterations of firmware. I'd scroll through with the big knob and it'd stop at the corrupt presets and lock up the unit. I ended up copying an empty preset to all of the corrupt presets I could find and everything started working as it...

How to practically level presets for Live Playing

I use the OUT block meters to get a rough setting. Then I record rehearsal with my new scenes on my X32 Rack which is also my IEM rig. I then mix down the show and see if any scene/effect changes are where they should be in the mix so there's no need for the FOH engineer to ride my faders all night.

How to get a HUGE/WIDE tone?

Output 1 Level: -10 dBV or 4 dBu at big church

I've always ran +4 with my output knob at 50%. Always have had a good clean signal. When working with a new FOH engineer, when it comes time to sound check, I strike a chord and slowly roll my volume knob up to make sure they don't have the input settings incorrect resulting in burst eardrums lol.

Are you talking about the quiet part? I would try using an eq block with the lows and highs cut in a bell curve, like a telephone effect. Maybe tie it into an expression pedal so you can fade out of it.

Anyone only use one IR?

I'm still using my 2 favorite IR's from ML Sound Labs Cab Pack 7. I've even purchased newer ML IR's, but I haven't really felt the need to improve on something that's perfect for me. I use the same 2 IR's for every preset of mine, clean or dirty. Still getting compliments regularly.

Which firmware made you say WOW the most?

For me, it wasn't with the AxeFxIII, but the IIXL I had. When I received it, IIRC it had FW11 on it. Between then and Quantum 1, every release had a wow factor for me, 13, 15, and 17 come to mind for some reason. Those days really felt like major breakthroughs, as each FW that was released...

Too many variables to say one is "better" than the other. You could EQ your 12" speakers perfectly in your office, then in a live situation in another room it will sound completely different. I create my patches on studio monitors, check them against live recordings of my band from the board...

Down tuning with Pitch block, III vs. II

Wasn't a fan with trying to use my AXEFXIII to drop the pitch of the whole guitar. I feel the latency, and it kills the vibe for me. I usually bring too many guitars to shows anyways, so it doesn't bother me to grab an extra one or two.

I have adjusted all of the "offset" settings on the MFC as well as the AFXIII. When connected, the AFXIII is changing the preset locations. Preset 000 (or 001 with the offset) becomes 384 (or 385) when it gets any signal from my MFC. With both powered off, regardless of settings, I will power...

So, I just loaded up 1.10 to test it out before practice tomorrow, and now when I use my MFC to scroll up/down presets, the AxeFXIII is one lower than what the MFC is saying. When I'm supposed to be on 000 (or 001 with the offset) the AFXIII reads 384 (last preset on the MFC). I changed nothing...
