FM9 + ASC-12

I run the exact set up. IMO the ASC 12 has a lot of thump (80 to 125hz). Sometimes sound techs ask for less rumble and I switch the low cut on for the ASC 12. I also run a different output to the ASC and bump the that output +3 or 6 db. I forget exactly what the setting is but it is the next one...

KLON Drive Settings

Never played through a real Klon. Tried a couple straight up clones and I really like my Tumnus Deluxe. I use it in front of my FM9. Maybe Cliff is open to modeling a tumnus?

I got some of what I wanted to get accomplished by using blocks I had saved and by pasting the most intricate preset into to the new one. The reason I thought it might have been a possibility in the first place is because you can copy and paste a scene with in a preset. So if a scene gets copied...

AX8 patches to FM9?

I tried the AX8 to AxeFX3 then to FM9 formula. It worked better. It's not perfect so I am still making some of the presets manually. I really enjoying the new FM9 a lot though.

I had Master Tracks Pro 3 or 4 on my PC. I miss it. I spent a lot of time working with it and learned it quite well. Paid a lot of money for it, like $200 or $300. I did get a copy of SAW from a friend and I think it ran on dos? Never did much with it tho.

I have the new smaller AFB. It's great and does so much for the size. A great back up. I've loaded some IR's I've made and bought and managed to get very compariable tones to my AX8. I take it to gigs as a back up. Lately, I've been thinking about getting the red box and leaving the AX8 at home...

Please excuse me if these have been asked or answered before. I want to do two things. One, be able to assign a bypass for ToneMatch block to one of the switches. Two I would like to change the reveal defaults to different scenes so it starts with scene 3 on switch one. Is this possible?

When I power on my AX8 The drive control knob is lit up extremely bright. None of the foot switches work. none of the control knobs work. The pushbuttons do work. And I can use AX8 edit to change patches. I still get sound going through it. And my external external control pedals still operate...

Sometimes my guitar synth (fishmtan tripleplay) battery runs out or I forget a simple cable etc. Anyways I'm just looking for something I can use in case. I've got some nice synth "stuff" in the ax8 like an organ, fiddle, string/pad, flute and other synth patches, but no horn patch. Thanks

Ax8 latency

I have F3 set to go between scene 1 & 2, where scene is rhythm and scene 2 is lead. I love the ability to set up the switches like this btw. I do notice a little latency. Sometimes I will add an effect using the "Y" setting and the latency is much more noticeable.

CAB #62 VOTE NOW to SAVE (or not)

I like cab 62 way more than some of the other factory cabs. Ultra res or not I think it should stay. The Larry Mitchell cab is good but it's already free as a download. I voted to keep it.
