Thanks. Yes it’s an frfr passive monitor. And the patches did have post cab effects. But I also know people move the cab block for the end when using a cab to enable bypassing it so wondering much it really impcts tone / sound.

Thanks for the reply! Sorry, I should have been more clear. Currently, I am using the FX Send block. But, I'm upgrading to FW 19, and also cleaning things up and it's been a real pain to try to rearrange all the patches to put the cab block at the end -- it can be actually hard in some cases...

MutherFer..fried my Axe, well at least the MFC Cat 5 out..USB in the MFC jack

Thanks, dbun. The burn looked rather superficial and both through the board when I removed the jack. The two diodes/capacitors that are done just behind the jack is what I don't know as to repair and what those actually do!

MutherFer..fried my Axe, well at least the MFC Cat 5 out..USB in the MFC jack

Has anyone had this affect the rest of the unit's operation? This just happened to me. It also showed some back just behind the jack with the two diodes/capacitors done. The unit seems to be working fine, and able to control with 7 pin midi and phantom power. But I have a number of gigs...

Help! No power or data connection to MFC 101!

SEverest: Quick learning question: if one was going to use your patches with a tube amp and cab, would it be right to move your cab blocks to the end of the chain and doable the amp blocks? Just trying to learn here.....thanks!!!

How to load Mark Day Patches into Axe Fx II

Hi! Thanks for your note. I think they must be ULTRA presets (see http://forum.fractalaudio.com/ultra-std-preset-exchange/58336-have-we-lost-mark-days-ultra-patches-forever.html). Does that mean I cannot use them on the II? Is there any way to get these on the II? Sorry for the newbie question.
